A very pleasant trip
Liked: The location is great, with a lot of restaurants and shops in the area, everything you need is in walking distance, everyone at the reception desk was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby and the green approach.
Disliked: The minifridge was not cooling that well, otherwise I would definitely recommend it.

Okay for the night
Liked: Great location, good size room and bathroom
Disliked: Price-quality off, expected more. Thin walls through which you can hear everything. Good thing I had earplugs for sleeping. No eye for details. Stained carpet, broken toilet bin, uncomfortable pillows. No water poured in jug upon arrival. Staff not very hospitable.

We love Penta Hotel
Liked: We loved and appreciated the very nice Staff and the position of this beautiful Hotel. The atmosphere is really special.

Great place for short stays
Liked: Good AA but a bit noisy. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Beds and pillows confortable. Great location.

Ok
Disliked: Frequent and confusing text messages about check in before arrival and 7am text message which woke me up on day of departure (Check out wasn't until 12pm).

Perfect place to stay in...
Liked: It was a perfect hotel in the middle of Leuven. I like it very much from the staff in the reception, to the room and nice breakfast in the morning. And the bar in the reception also very nice

Good location, nice hotel
Liked: Great location, friendly staff, beds were good too.
Disliked: Taxi can't drive all the way up to the hotel. Hotel sends a lot of spam! I received roughly 15 e-mails, text messages and WhatsApp messages for just 1 night stay. They should really limit the amount of "information" they sent before and after a stay.
