So handy for the Bus...

Liked: My husband is disabled and receiving end of life care. I only asked for a room with a shower but was upgraded to a disabled room at no extra cost which we thought was wonderful. We didn't have breakfast as my husband doesn't eat much but I was wishing receptionist had told us we had to request tea, coffee, milk etc when we ran out. No staff come into your room unless you request it. A note stating this should be in every room. It was a workman who explained it all to us. We were staying three nights and my husband had to have a nap in the afternoon. The room was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing. We thought this hotel really good for our circumstances.
