The pentahotel Derby is located in Pride Park within walking distance of Derby Train Station and the city center. The hotel offers pay parking and free WiFi in all areas. It is ideally located to explore Derby and the Derbyshire Dales with many of the National Trust properties being only a short drive away. Alton Towers is only a 25 minutes' drive from the hotel. Good for a quick lay...

Liked: Good property, comfortable bed. Breakfast always of a good quality. Wifi good.
Disliked: Bathroom floor tiles in most rooms I've stayed in are coming loose so quite poor condition but showers aren't bad.

paid 147 for a room that smelt of fish and was extremely basic.

Liked: Bar was open 24 hours.
Disliked: Room smelt of fish, very basic. Only one robe, one paid of slippers even though It was clear there was 2 of us. for the price we paid it was extremely poor
