Liked: The hotel is a short walk from the city centre. Room was clean. Parking available for a fee underneath the hotel. Great communication from the staff. Nice stroll down to the docks
Disliked: Room was very small, the hotel is near a main road, so quite noisy at night

Liked: Staff were very welcoming and warm. I had a clean, quiet and tidy room. Liked the option of opening the window for fresh air and a great location as well.
Disliked: Very tight car parking in the basement.

Liked: the location is very closed to the city, make it very convenience to move around and the hair dryer is very good. The room service does throw the rubbish and change the towel every day.
Disliked: the room does not have a wardrobe, and the bathroom heater is slow in heating, the sound proof is not good, i can hear other room turn on the tap etc
