The hotel was overall very...

Liked: The location was amazing, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage after check out. The room was good and bed was comfy
Disliked: As a solo female traveller, I didn’t feel the most safe. This was mainly due to there not being 24 hour reception and also because the key used to get into the hotel was the same key that you use to unlock your room. This leads me to believe that all the keys they supply to guests must be the same. Meaning that any other guest could potentially unlock my door. I could be wrong with this but I am unsure how else other guests could get into the hotel. The bathroom was out in the hallway too which was fine although a bit inconvenient. I think if you are a solo female traveller who values safety I would choose a different hotel. I only stayed for one night so it was perfect for just one night however I would not have liked to stay longer

Disliked: The location is outdated. The towels had a really bad smell for some reason

Liked: I spent a day in Vienna. I arrived before check-in, and Veronica allowed me to leave my belongings and change clothes. The hotel was very close to everything and very clean, which was perfect for me. I've been abroad many times, but I've never seen such attentive hotel owners. Veronica was very sweet and helpful. Veronica, if you're reading this review, I've arrived in Budapest. Thank you again for everything.

Liked: Our stay was cancelled one day before checking in, but we were accommodated in Hotel Post, which was a great place to stay, so we have no complaints other than their WiFi wasn't working.
