Love, love this place!

Liked: Everything! Love, love this place! We had the set meal in the Latymer restaurant. It was expensive but worth it.
Disliked: There were no net or screening curtains in our room so people could look in. Granted there weren't many people outside but I would have preferred something in addition to the blackout curtains.

Liked: Stunning grounds, lovely rooms, great staff, good spa
Disliked: Hillfield day menu and terrace weren’t available so we ate from the bar / room service menu for 4 meals - it’s limited and average, at best. A shame because dinner and spa / pool meals were good

Great spa, wish the rooms...

Liked: The spa is the highlight. Staff were brilliant too. Rooms are large.
Disliked: For the money, the bedrooms are tired and so you have to remember that you are mainly paying for the spa in the cost.

Wonderful spa venue and great...

Liked: The spa facilities are excellent and the staff are wonderful.
Disliked: We had two poor experiences with food, one at dinner with under cooked meat and a long delay at breakfast.
