Mixed experience with great loaction...

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were really professional and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also loved the complimentary bike service—it was a great way to explore the city and a nice perk that added to the overall experience.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we ran into significant issues with the room. The shower flooded the bathroom every single time, and when we brought this up to the staff, they told us that "the showers do that" and that it was normal. We were forced to place all the towels on the floor just to prevent the water from spilling into the rest of the room, which was frustrating and made the whole situation feel very uncomfortable.To add to that, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, and it didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned before our arrival. While the staff and amenities were great, the ongoing shower issue and lack of cleanliness were big disappointments.

Liked: The hotel is delightful, and the staff is superb and very friendly and attentive. The rooftop deck, with its expansive view, was also very nice to hang out on.
Disliked: The nicely decorated room was long, yet very narrow; so much so that I had to climb in over my husband's feet to get in and out of the comfortable bed. I was sort of trapped, with nowhere to charge my phone or place a glass or book. Keep this in mind if you get a basic queen room.

Liked: Great location, close to the subway, restaurants, bars, but in a quiet part of the street. Staff very friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated.
Disliked: The steamer was dirty inside. Full of mold.
