Great location and nice service

Liked: The king room across from the porch was nice, clean and a comfortable bed. Breakfast included was excellent and in a quaint dining room. Happy hour wine was a nice touch.
Disliked: The parking is extremely tight to get into one way only, then back up to get out.

Nice comfortable B & B,...

Liked: Location was great, we were able to walk to St. George street and enjoy all it has to offer as well as walking to dinner at The Fish Camp. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of so much of the area but if we had we were very well located to do so. The happy hour had decent wine and some pastries which was nice. We had to leave before breakfast so we can’t comment on that.
Disliked: The person who checked us in and got us to our room was very unfriendly and acted like we were an annoyance, as if she had better things to do. She was very rushed with providing us with information. We did not feel welcomed at all.

Good location for visiting historic...

Liked: Excellent location with free parking Characterful property We had a room with balcony which was nice to relax on, also comfortable outside area where we enjoyed happy hour. Room was v clean however the furniture & table on balcony was v dusty. No choice at breakfast, we were served eggs Benedict but no other items. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. Saw v little of any staff.

Cute inn near St Augustine...

Liked: The breakfast was good and very ample. The happy hour wine was a nice touch. The sights were all walking distance from the inn.
Disliked: I found the driveway very hard to back out of. Parking was very tight. The innkeeper was not very friendly, seemed tired of tourists.
