Exceptional

Lovely family stay

Liked: Lovely place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful with knowledge of the local area and places to find food. We stayed on the top floor and was worried it was going to be really hot but it was lovely and cool with a fan provided if needed.We was staying as a family of four with 2 young children and can sometimes find the space a bit cramped but the room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast the next day was full English and the staff were happy to add bits on or take them away if asked. There was also a good selection of cereals, fruit and spreads for toast.
Disliked: It's next to a busy road and you can hear the traffic passing but it's not so loud that it keeps you awake.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The Hotel had overbooked so we had to wait half an hour whilst they moved other guests around. The road was very busy, all night, but we couldn’t close the windows because it was very warm.
