Disappointed

Liked: Location was convenient. Parking was adequate
Disliked: They only”refresh the rooms after the third day of a stay. Called front desk for clean towels and was told they would gladly provide if I went to front desk to get them. They came in after complaining to make bed but never brought any clean towels. Worst service ever in a Wyndham property.

Liked: Hotel was nice but room smellsed bad. Smelled like mold or urine. Breakfast was ok, convient and Beckey was nice Server.
Disliked: Bathroom was clean but nasty tile in back of toilet neat floor.

The location is okay and...

Liked: The property is nice and well maintained, it's close to a few fast food places and a mini mart.
Disliked: For the prices paid per night a microwave is not included in the room which is ridiculous! A fridge is included (thank god) but if you want to microwave anything you have to walk all the way to the check-in lobby and use the microwave in their hotel store.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: 1. No elevator 2. No free breakfast 3. I paid for a king room. When we arrive we checked in and were given the keys. We lug everything upstairs only to find out it was two twin beds. When I went down tot the desk the lady told us they had a water pipe break 2 days before and that it was in the hole half of the building with the king beds. I told her we should have been noticed by email and a least told this when we checked in. I demanded my money back before leaving. Then she was unable to do so right aways because the manger was not working until the night shift. Also to top it off the person at the desk was very rude! A they tried to pull a fast one by not saying anything.
