Liked: A very lovely and cozy place with an amazing and friendly staff

Glorious mini break.

Liked: We stayed two nights had breakfast in the hotel on our last morning, it was lovely. We stayed in court yard self catering apartments which was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful location, close to Falmouth and walking distance to Maenporth.
Disliked: Need some shelves in bathroom.

Liked: On booking.com it said on the enitial hotel write up that breakfast was included but the hotel when we turned up said it was not?
Disliked: Hotel.com advert for hotel misleads...When they sent receipt to me by email saying hayloft. Self catering and breakfast not included this came as a surprise...suggest you read their adverts??

Liked: The outside of the hotel and grounds
Disliked: The inside dated. One of our room was dreadful. Dirty, bathroom was disgraceful. Black mould on grout awful, plug to sink not attached. Staines in the walls. I have many pics. Value for money despicable. Breakfast yuk. Not a 3star hotel 2 at a pinch. I demand a refund ruined my holiday
