Friendly stay, comfortable stay!

Liked: Good breakfast!
Disliked: Shower in our rooms was either boiling hot or freezing cold, we couldn?t get the temperature to adjust so it was usable.

Liked: The room generally has a good amount of space but things look a bit tired in places.
Disliked: ABSOLUTELY AVOID!! - BULLYING MANAGER, NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY, TOLD THE POLICE WOULD BE CALLED ON ME!!!As soon as I arrived I made it known to the staff that I have a disability. I have had spinal surgery and also have disc degenerative disease which comes with a lot of daily pain but managable. I was told any issues to ring but that due to there being only 3 guest in the entire hotel she would be going home early so there would be nobody during the night.I saw this hotel and the room in the pictures looked lovely but the actual room itself is in need of an update as it's getting a bit tired especially the bathroom. However I was over all happy with the space being quite large. We dropped our stuff off and headed over to the pool area which did not look clean at all and could see mold in several places!My main issue is we were allowed and got permission to use the bar area at night time to just play checkers and me and my partner as the bad was closed and it was just us thought it would be fine to just share our own single bottle bought pressco while we were completely quiet playing checkers and had the TV on in the background. In fact I actually then down the TV from the night cleaner who was using it before we entered. I would like to add this room is completely away from any room in the hotel so CANNOT of caused issues as well as me and my partner being sensible and quiet while playing to board game.After this I left and went to the room and this was the first time I actually go into the bed and knew instantly that I was in trouble. THE BED WAS ABSOLUTLY ROCK SOLID. now I have stayed in many many different hotels and generally I havent had any issues with my back disability but this was like lying on a bed of BRICKS! I tossed and turned for hours until I couldn't take it anymore and rang to the hotel and was told no staff was at reception today the night porter or something didnt come and if was just the cleaner!

Disappointed

Liked: The bed was comfortable and a good size superior room.
Disliked: The hall way smelt so bad..no staff by the bar so couldn't get a drink..the pool tiles were broken/ missing....wouldn't go again.
