Disliked: Leak in the roof and this os the 2nd time we have not been able to utilise the bbq area in our room because of the rain

Liked: Location fantastic. The staff correcting which room we got -see next question.
Disliked: Booking through a different company and was told we would have uninterrupted ocean views and got on the first level. We could mainly see bushes - very disappointing.

Liked: The night manager Samantha was exceptional, she helped my self, my wife and our baby find the elevator and showed us to our rooms, helped us with a cot for the lil fella, and offered late check out to us, all at midnight. She truly was the best part of the stay with you guys. I hope that someone can pass on to her our thanks for her help and kindness.

Disliked: Beds very uncomfortable Asked for beach front view and got ground level looking at a garden and restaurants. Saved for 12 months thought we got a good beachfront apartment and was very disappointing.

Liked: wonderful that we could walk everywhere and the beach was just right across the road. So many wonderful food places close by too. Pool was a perfect temperature. Everything worked and was clean.
Disliked: There was no instruction manual for the cooktop so we had to annoy the staff to help us work it.... We should have just tried google...
