Enjoyable

Liked: Very quiet location next to the Mornington airport - never heard a plane while we were there. 10kms to Mornington thru farmland till u get to the racecourse and the throb of a popular seaside town. A lot closer to Hastings which was interesting to explore before heading down to Pt Leo and Flinders past wineries some other little tourist gems. Rooms are basic but clean and cheaper than wots around - I’d stay again.

Not the best I've ever...

Liked: Cannot think of anything that I really did like.
Disliked: The mattress was like sleeping on the floor boards..Plus you could hear everything the room next to us was talking about.

Convenient to visit relatives

Liked: Clayton. Room, easy access to rooms, ample parking

An adequate place to stay...

Liked: Close to where we wanted to be and a quiet location. Plenty of room to park the boat trailer.
Disliked: The beds need replacing last century but other wise clean.
