Liked: Very comfortable Victorian period with modern amenities. Loved the breakfast service, and the location was ideal for our purposes.
Disliked: Just the many stairs to the room! I’m fit, but it is a chore hauling one’s luggage up 3 flights.

Liked: Mr. Emerson at the front desk tried to be helpful with a difficult situation.
Disliked: I've never written a negative review before but need to let you know. The heating in my room was broken and had heat pouring out all day and night making it untenable to sleep or even rest there. I was informed that there was no way to turn the heat down or off. It was roasting even with windows on a busy street open all night and the fan going. I was moved to the property next door the following day, which was an efficiency lodging; not what I was signed up for; charmless but with a comfortable bed and adjustable temperature thankfully.I had a full day meeting that following morning for which I was not at my best; headached and fatigued. Unfortunate experience. I was offered a 10% discount for the first night which was not compensatory to my discomfort and disappointment. A good management would have done better.

Liked: A spectacular property. Perfect location, amazing room and super comfy bed with an awesome view to go to sleep to and wake up to.Breakfast was superb and very generous in the sizing as well.
