Pleasant and satisfactory.

Liked: The property was well maintained and cleaned. The peacocks gave it an extra warmth.
Disliked: There was no water in our room. The fridge was empty and we had to wait until 4 to checkin whereas all other friends staying at the hotel checked in an hour before and had water provided.

Delightful Manor House hotel with...

Liked: Upgraded to a deluxe double which was well worth the extra £20. The room was stylish and comfortable. The spa facilities were great, particularly enjoyed using the pool.The Breakfast was lovely. Stunning dining room, very good service and fresh hot buffet. Each member of staff we encountered from check in to Spa and bar staff, all were kind and helpful.
Disliked: Struggled to work the aircon and our room was cold. Not really anyone's fault as we didn't bother asking for help.

Liked: We had an overnight stay to break up our homeward journey from a holiday in Kent. The hotel felt luxurious, with cheerful and attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious with a range of choices. We only wished we were staying longer!
