We had an awesome stay...

Liked: For our wedding anniversary, we were upgraded to a beautiful room looking out onto the park of the hotel with its many peacocks. The view was stunning. The room was super spacious and comfortable. We liked having a shower rather than a bath. Thank you so much for the upgrade which made our stay memorable.The staff was very pleasant and professional.The breakfast was set in a very classy room and was very nice.There is a bar and other rooms where you can relax and enjoy a good book to read. Not to mention the outdoor space with tables and chairs which we were not able to use yet.This hotel is grand and we highly recommend it!
Disliked: We went swimming once but the changing rooms were closed and we had to go a long way to change.The lift was not working and it seems to have been like that for a while.The windows could do with a good spring clean.

Very good hotel providing lovely...

Liked: Good location and beautiful gardens. Interior decor very good with well decorated bedrooms. Good range of facilities, bar area comfortable with relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed view of peacocks .Also took advantage of using swimming pool and steam room.All members of staff very courteous, pleasant, very helpful and efficient.
Disliked: Quality of cooked breakfast could have been better, some items overcooked and cold.

Disliked: We were by the laundry machines below our room. The smoke detector flashed over the bed, all night.

Liked: Lovely setting, original Manor house was nice, staff were attentive and friendly
Disliked: Bar seating was limited, tables too large with seats too far apart... not intimate for couples romancing! Bar food and cocktails also limited and expensive (e.g 2 slices garlic bread £4.50)

It was a short but...

Liked: Anna and her reception team were amazing. They gave us a warm welcome and were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was very good, offering a great variety of foods.
Disliked: We experienced some problems with the food and staff in the dining room at dinner.
