The staff were very courteous and helpful.
Liked: The hotel was within walking distance of the Phoenix Concert Theatre.
Disliked: Nothing.

I paid for a 2 bed room and received 1 bed that was dirty and full of hair. Bathroom lights did not work and there was a big hole in the door to see through. Shower was probably the worst part. Tiny and leaked - for CA$146 I could have stayed at the Super 8 for less $ and a lot bigger/cleaner.
Liked: Dirty and small.
Disliked: Everything was bad.

Great place to stay; it's cheap and they don't bother you; room was comfy; all you need.
Liked: Great place.

Never check in to this hotel. It doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel. First of all, they said they had a dryer & iron, they didn't have one in the room. Then they charged me twice for the room that I booked. The next day, their warm water didn't work, so the water in the room was freezing cold. I couldn't even take a bath. It was filthy. It was the worst place I've been to. For $65, a person still needs a decent room to sleep in.

It was a pleasant stay...
Liked: The staff were excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would like to commend the front desk, namely Githin, Jithin, Sain, Stephen, Akshay, and Dean. My heartfelt thanks to them.
Disliked: No wardrobe, as advertised. There was no body lotion or shower gel. There was no place to keep the soap in the shower stall. Had to be placed on the floor - not a sanitary option. The shower curtain tended to leak water onto the floor where the basin is, as it was very small. The neighborhood was rather dicey and care must be taken when one goes out of the Inn

It was ok, only needed...
Liked: The location is great if one needs to be in the downtown area and prefer not to pay crazier prices for just one night but still found it expensive for what it was but perhaps that's the price one pays for downtown these days. The room was clean, can't deny that but at a glance around the premises, we looked no further than our room and ate breakfast elsewhere.
Disliked: Windows had mould, bath had cracked enamel on the base so not hygienic at all, fortunately we travelled with shower sandals so shared those. Complained, received apology but would have been nice to have the offer of a bath mat at least. The bathroom window only half frosted so privacy not as one would expect. No views from window by the bed - mainly brick wall. The location downtown I knew well having lived in Canada before but the surrounding area not as nice as I remembered with homelessness on the doorstep and there was what appeared to be a refugee camp close by. Fortunately, we only wanted the room for one night, would not have stayed longer.

Good choice if you want...
Liked: the poperty is close, to downtown Toronto, so can walk nearly everywhere. But at the same time is was in a residential neighbourhood. So it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was in the basement and a bit spartan. No bedside light.

Great location within walking distance...
Liked: The common lounge area with tea & coffee making facilities.
Disliked: My wife is a light sleeper, and it was noisy during the night with arrivals & guests going up the stairs etc.
