Liked: The location and facilities were good. The washing machine and driver were excellent.
Disliked: The bed was too small and not comfortable. The lounge is so old, worn out and so uncomfortable. The aircon was not working properly and you could never adjust it. The outdoor setting was uncomfortable to sit on. The tap in the bathroom sink is too close to edge, no shelf in shower to put soap or your amenities …

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the pool was nice and big and not many people used it.

Disliked: there were 3 rooms being used by family. Lifts were obviously a problem getting to each others floors. Can only go to your own floorNo coffee mug in the morning for coffee, just wine glassesNo phone for room service - all being taken out. They said there was room serviceNo shower capWas told I would be given a $50 restaurant voucher. But then they took it away. Bad formReally basic room with 2 beds for 286 a night.
