Pelican point is a great...

Liked: Hotel manager, Denise was very accommodating. While the rooms were not large, they were very clean and comfortable. I stayed there for a family event so I just need a bed and a shower, but it would be a great value for anybody who wanted to be close to the beach.
Disliked: I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, so I just hot-spotted my phone. Not a big deal, but they could use a stronger wireless router.

It served our needs and...

Liked: Walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Very close to fishing charters. The room was spacious and clean. We got two doubles and the room had cathedral ceilings and a vanity outside the bathroom which is very convenient. Everything looked new such as fridge, microwave, AC unit and TV. There was plenty of light in the room.
Disliked: Walls were thin and could hear couple next door arguing. Fortunately, things quieted down pretty quickly. Staff indicated they don't put up with disturbances. There was piece of one of the blinds broken out. We were unable to access any TV channels during our stay.
