Great location! Terrible service! Do...
Liked: The room was big and comfortable, with an extra space, amazing view to the ocean. Good chairs on the beach. John and Daniel from the bar on the beach were amazing! The service in the rest of the area was really lacking of training
Disliked: The room and hotel in general is not maintained. fixtures in the bathroom were broken, lamps not working. The lack of management in all areas is very noticeable. The servers serve us without enthusiasm; they've left us talking without taking our order on more than one occasion, and the 22% tip is included. They do nothing to earn it. Housekeeping doesn't check if soap or toilet paper is missing and has left us two towels for four people. You have to be behind them asking them. And the cherry of the cake is that as a welcome, they charge you $105 per day just in case. Oh! And if you want they empty the fridge for you to put your own water, they charge you $75 for the service!

Liked: Customer service was incredible!!!! Super nice, helpful, and personable!!!!!! Derrell and Alberto in the restaurant were amazing. John on the beach bar was incredible. He always remembered us everywhere!!!
Disliked: Shower handle fell off a couple of times

Maybe I'm not in the...
Liked: Most of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The pool and beach area were spacious, and the lobby was beautiful. The layout of the room was good.
Disliked: The first thing I noticed was that our room was not clean other than main areas. The moment you look under anything or in any corner- it was caked in grossness. We had to finally ask after going two days without anyone stopping by for changing our towels, providing new coffee keurig pods that weren't decaf, and taking the trash out. Apparently we were to call by 5pm, but we were not informed of this. The lady that stopped by for towels was not pleasant about us asking her to change our bedsheets, and even made a comment she was doing it for free. This was just...not needed. This is no reflection on engineering, but management at this point: we had a toddler in the couch area sleeping, and twice his ceiling light came on full brightness, disturbing his sleep very late at night. Then ours did after I called down. The man working engineering was so nice, but I cannot believe this was a known issue that the light codes are all messed up, and one room can control another. That is just ludicrous that no one would think to disconnect those and make it noted, instead we have to bring it up? Lastly: the beach! Not the seaweed, I don't expect the resort to clean the ocean or seaweed obviously, but going through the sand and finding straws, a piece of glass, cigarette butts, and various other pieces of garbage...I was instantly transported back to Myrtle Beach, which would have saved me $1000.We paid a resort fee, and honestly I guess it was for the exclusiveness, because by day 3, I sat thinking...why am I here, paying $4 for a black coffee that's 6oz? I enjoyed my time with our family, but good lord, this was an incredible waste of money.

Liked: The pool and lazy river are nice ! Being on the beach is great !
Disliked: 22% added to everything, makes for bad service from some of the staff. $65 parking at the resort.
