Nice hotel with rude staff...

Liked: Great hotel regarding its location just on the beach. Huge room with beautiful view.
Disliked: The staff at the reception was rude and in pleasant. They kept us waiting for our room for more than half an hour and just ignored us. They promised to text us when the room is ready but they didn’t. They promised to call someone to help with the luggage but then ignored again. Such an unpleasant experience.

Really enjoyed my stay, and...

Liked: It was very clean and had a lot of amenities within the hotel itself. Loved the lazy river. Daniel at the beach was so kind and personable, Michael at the pool was fantastic, so kind! Also Giovanna at the pool was so friendly! And Alissa at the bar area when we visited for happy hour/ early evening times. Room was spacious and clean! The staff in general at the hotel was so helpful and kind and I commend their hard work!
Disliked: The only downside was there was a ton of seaweed but that wasn’t the property’s fault, just a timing with the ocean. The property was great!

Exceptional

PERFECT!

Liked: Everything! The room is huge enough to accomodate a couple and 3 kids, and the cleaning was impecable! The ocean view is just breathtaking, the bed is soo cozy and the staff is just amazing! Giovanna and Alex at the pool are the sweetest! I couldn't recommend this place more... it is our second time there and we will certainly be back.
Disliked: Nothing maybe an extended late checkout to 1 or 2PM :-)

Nice location but inflexible staff

Liked: It’s nice to be right at the beach and have service at the beach.
Disliked: The family room was no ready for a family. There were not enough towels or blankets. I requested it twice and nobody came to deliver the blankets. The came in the next day with sheets and one blanket with holes in it. I requested extended checkout because our flight was later in the day. I was willing to pay a fee but was met with an absolute no from the front desk staff. The place wasn’t full (quite empty actually). This lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate us is enough to never go back.
