Beautiful location but old property!!!

Liked: Location was good. View from the balcony was awesome. It was very close to the beach. So having morning walks was too easy along the corniche. For the apartment, it was well equipped with all kitchen equipments. It had everything be it utensils, kitchen appliances etc everything was well provided. Beds were very comfortable too.
Disliked: Cleanliness was bit compromised. Kitchens cabinets were stinky and not wiped clean at all. There were lot of cockroaches in the apartment. We had booked the apartment for a week. When we reached, the toiletries provided was only for a days use. Be it garbage bags or laundry tabs…. Everything was for a days supply. No body wash or hand wash was provided. So we had to buy everything for a weeks use which was very annoying as you were made to get the basic essentials even after paying ur stay. So for location it’s a 10/10 but for rest all the property stands 4/10

Affordable but not well maintained

Liked: Good location, close to attractions (under 30min),Good number of rooms and access to cot.Large Smart TV to entertain the kids.Good split systems to heat the rooms. Secure parking.
Disliked: The room was so dirty. The floors looked like they were mopped with muddy water. There was dirt and debris in the couch and the sliding door runners. The dishes and cooking equipment in the drawers and cupboards had to be washed before use because they were not clean, only enough dish liquid was provided for 4-5 washes. The dishwasher needed cleaning as it did not clean the dishes. There were no covers for quilts or any additional bedding for a winter stay. One of the supplied towels was stained. Despite a notice about no towels hung on balconies there was a used towel found on the rear balcony on arrival. The carpark is secure but access to the carpark is via slippery painted concrete stairway which put one of my kids in the hospital. The kitchen bin lid was broken and ensuite window blind was broken. Only 1 loo roll was provided per toilet.

Liked: Absolutely nothing we experienced the worst customer service we ever had and by far the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen!!!
Disliked: How incredibly disgusting the room was and the lack of effort to refund my money
