Very good

Liked: The apartment was a good size with all that we needed. The pool area was lovely and we were able to sit near the river's edge, watching the sunset. Very peaceful, apart from the birds, which we loved!
Disliked: The apartment could do with some maintenance and a more thorough cleaning check.

Affordable and comfortable two night...

Liked: Very spacious with everything you would need. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Very good size for four people.
Disliked: The main bathroom shower was boiling hot and we couldn’t make it colder and no extra toliet rolls or body washes were provided.

Liked: The pool.
Disliked: Unit 1 is disgustingly filthy and has noisy permanent neighbors/visitors. We started off our family holiday having to buy products and clean everything, as the office was closed most of the time (public holidays/weekend). Mold stained in the rubber washing machine rim and on air con filters, which were also packed full of dust that we cleaned, slime and food in dishwasher and filters, main air con never worked properly, blinds missing causing light to flood through at night, floors grimy and all door tracks filled with dirt and dust, cutlery in draw had been put away dirty, toastie machine had old food stuck to it. We had to wash our clothes off site as we constantly felt dirty. Was told this complex is emergency accommodation too, permanent residents have people arriving and shouting/arguing at all times of the night. Management listened, but didn't really act besides getting air con guy to try and fix unit, which he was unable to do, it only blew outside air then turned itself off after 5 minutes. We tried to find elsewhere to stay but school holidays booked out so spent most of our time away, or outside with kids in the pool which was the ONLY good thing. One child ended up with gastro, we suspect from using the provided milk pottles, unsure how old these were. Pictures online are NOT like the units, obviously photoshopped. False advertising, unit owners should be ashamed to rent out their unit in this condition.

Liked: Location was good, close to shops and supermarket with facilities for kids to play with a small tennis court and pool.
Disliked: entering the appt only to see the air con with yucky obvious mold. oven not clean, microwave dirty hasn't been clean for a while, it was greasy. stove plate half cleaned with greasy knobs. kitchen had spice rack looked used previously but not cleaned for a while. some weird black dish rack compartment over the sink. Dryer not been wiped clean for some time with a build of dust. found gross debris in the washing machine catch unit not cleaned for so long and so dirty. broken tap head in kitchen. Outside furniture stacked in corner not setup for use with some cushions with no cover, foam exposed. when asked if it could be setup was told we can setup ourselves must've been stacked up by owner from cyclone preps. kitchen cutlery were old. when cutting food the knives were bending in the middle .. I wanted to throw them away but was hesitant I would not get my bond back. Couches clearly stained, uncomfortable to sit on. Dining chairs where more suited for children and dirty. Placemats were well stained and moldy. Beds / bed frames .. it look like we were at school camp. mattresses very thin.
