Liked: The property was very clean, quiet, and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do! Sam, the owner, was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and telling us about the area. The pool was well maintained and super clean! Everything in the unit was exactly as advertised. We will most definitely be coming back!

Pelican by the Sea is...

Liked: Very close to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk. The manager Sam was super friendly and helpful, truly makes you feel welcome and wants to make sure you have everything you need. It was nice that the pool was heated and has a grill and lounge chairs poolside. I appreciated having the kitchen with a full refrigerator, not the typical tiny beverage refrigerator you usually get in most studios.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was as advertised.
