We were definitely let down.

Liked: I liked the fact that everything was easy to find.
Disliked: Just because there wasn’t many people staying at the hotel, the restaurants inside the facility were closed. There was no rugs for shoes so the whole place got dirty from going outside. We did not have day over service at all and we were there for 2 nights. $230 for a room for 2 nights and there was only bagels and coffee for breakfast available. We were super excited to get there then was instantly let down when we realized all of those things.

Liked: Very nice property with English style. Everything is onsite, which is convenient. Kids loved the indoor pool.
Disliked: This is not meant to stop anybody to stay there, but as a recommendation to the management. Some areas or facilities would benefit from a refresher.

Would stay again but hope...

Disliked: It is in sore need of repair: rotting window frames, roof in need of replacement, room lamps missing finials to keep lamp shade secured, our room deadbolt lock didn’t work, the Bistro 210 sign has grammar error “alot” rather than “a lot”, no elevators!

Disliked: Room not as clean as past times we have been there
