Liked: The reception staff were very nice.
Disliked: The cleaning staff were wanting to get into the room 1/2 an hour before checkout - just waltzed on in with bedding! I had to ask them to wait while we vacated our room. I was shocked. The sheets were clean but the carpet was really grubby and had sticky patches like jam or a syrup had been spilt. The couch and bed cushions were also grubby and didn't smell good.

Disliked: When I attempted to change the reservation from 2 to 1 night, due to circumstances beyond my control, reception/reservations staff were unhelpful. Booking.com sorted this out for me, however, accommodation staff were not helpful in the proces Also, check in was very slow. This put a damper on an otherwise nice comfortable accommodation, preventing a 9 score!

Liked: Modern, warm, comfortable - great location, only a short work to the town centre. Good value for money and staff are really friendly.
