Peartree Lodge Waterside

Easy to check in; friendly staff; just a shame I was woken up very early by noisy staff outside my room the morning after my stay. Overall good hotel and good setting next to the canal.

Liked: Setting; cost; friendly staff.
Disliked: Being woken up early the following morning by noisy staff outside my room. This was around 7am and continued for hours until I complained from my room's window.

Liked: Nice bedding and a comfortable bed.Good to have fridge and microwave in the room Good shower
Disliked: Promotional info shows looking out over a canal - I did not see any canal, even on arrival and just looked out over a carpark.Woken up at 6am by bin collection and followed by noise of bins being moved and beeping of lorry reversing.

Comfortable reasonably priced hotel

Liked: Great location say to find and close to where we needed to be
Disliked: Great view from our room of the canal boats I think it would have been worst if we had a view of the carpark
