Liked: We loved the location and good value, breakfast was included, we also brought some honey that the farm made and was lucky enough to feed some week old lambs! That was such a lovely experience and the staff took the time to explain some of the workings of the farm and any questions we had. We would stay again!

Pear Tree Farm provided comfortable...

Liked: The room was warm and plenty of hot water was available before we got up. There was plenty of storage space. Our dog was made very welcome. The fridge in the bedroom was very useful for storing his food. It also contained bottles of fresh milk, ideal for making drinks using the provided kettle and refreshments tray.Breakfast was excellent. a great choice, with full English including local sausages, fresh tomatoes and mushrooms.
Disliked: We were asked to take off our shoes near the door. When we took an invited walk around the farm, it was clear that the need to remove shoes was due to the muddy farmyard, but our room was close to the main farmhouse and accessed over clean gravel.
