Nice staff; nice room; good price and next to the Winter Garden. It was what I wanted.

Liked: Ubications. Less than one minute to Winter Garden.
Disliked: It's a little bit laberintic to find the room.

Very bad never again

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Lift hardly worked door key wouldn’t work to get into room couldn’t lock door so felt a little insecure window was boarded up because it was broken and reception was never manned you had to call a mobile number and wait for person to come

A good place for a...

Liked: Nice bathroom with bath Big size tv and the beds were a good size to sleep in.
Disliked: They had building work inside property and lift didn’t work. And no breakfast available as it was under maintenance work.

Clean and cheap rude staff...

Liked: Room was clean however door did not lock and was disturbed by cleaner at 930 in morning who just came into the room no knock !!
Disliked: Very unkempted . Rude staff .they asked for a25.00 deposit we have not recieved this back yet ?!

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Decor was bad. Lots of dirty marks on walls and doors.Furniture dirty and marked.Carpet dirty.Toilet stained.Dusty.Room did NOT match the pictures on the website. Man on reception unfriendly.

Liked: It was filthy disgusting rude staff lift broken broken pictures broken window nothing like the pictures that was on the booking .com Web site Dirty linen all up the stairs hoovers left on landings with dirty mops just a horrible place ruined our weekend wanted to stay out all day
Disliked: Everything it was disgusting 🫣

It was okay for one...

Liked: A big size room with a comfortable bed and a massive TV (felt too big for a hotel room)
Disliked: The bathroom was not great, with a broken window. Where the TV was unnecessarily too big, the sink was ridiculously small which meant that I struggled to fill up the kettle and couldn't attempt refilling my bottle of water.The window in the bedroom was screwed shut too, so no possibility to get some fresh air during the night unless I plugged the fan.
