Nice staff; nice room; good price and next to the Winter Garden. It was what I wanted.

Liked: Ubications. Less than one minute to Winter Garden.
Disliked: It's a little bit laberintic to find the room.

Not a tidy room

Disliked: The wall is broken as shown in the pic and did not give us a good impression with all the paint on the floor. We were even tired to ask for a replacement room. The stay was only for one night so adjusted.

Liked: The staff are always so very friendly and helpful. The room as always was lovely and clean. My boyfriend and I always try to stay here whenever we visit Eastbourne.

Disliked: It was not clean, the sheets were dirty so we asked for clean ones and were given another room but both rooms were dirty, they smelt dirty the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned and they were coffee drips down the wall a curtain that didn’t even fit the window stains on the chair and unclean towels.

Liked: close to restaurants,friendly staff.
Disliked: to small a room for what was in it,cold even with plug in heater on,bathroom to cold to want to bath in.
