Nice staff; nice room; good price and next to the Winter Garden. It was what I wanted.

Liked: Ubications. Less than one minute to Winter Garden.
Disliked: It's a little bit laberintic to find the room.

Liked: Room was clean good value
Disliked: It appears that the hotel is being upgraded as the reception area was not great, but you don't sleep there, this may put people of booking if they come off the street, our room was fine no problem there

We made the best of...

Disliked: Filthy dirty room, not even hoovered. Dirt everywhere and no soap or hand wash.

Cheap but room and facilities...

Liked: Location was good, staff were friendly
Disliked: Room was dirty, bathroom in particular was not clean. Tea/coffee making utensils not clean (burn marks on spoons…). On returning to my room after meeting friends for food in the evening discovered I was sharing my room with cockroaches

Pictures online are a false...

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to the Beach. Bed was clean and comfortable (very soft mattress)
Disliked: Broken drawers, no mugs, no batteries for remote, no back on remote. Was given batteries and mugs when requested. Taps on sink not fixed so the whole tap twisted round when I tried to turn them on. Sink cracked, net curtains mouldy and wirh cigarette burns in. Really noisy extractor fan. Wonderful view of obscene amounts of pigeon faeces outside the window. Windows wouldn't stay open and room was very hot. Leg of bed broken. Nothing like the rooms on booking.com photos. Just needed a last minute place to sleep during a 2 day hike so didnt bother to complain which I definitely would have done had I have been staying longer.

It’s a cheap hotel but...

Disliked: They have started to renovate but nothing is finished, I had a broken window in bathroom bedroom walls been fixed with plater or poly filler but nothing is finished finished or repainted clogged bathroom sink that pulled dirt from the waste pipe into the sink when I tried to fill sink to wash my face, and the dust on the fan was pretty terrible
