Nice staff; nice room; good price and next to the Winter Garden. It was what I wanted.

Liked: Ubications. Less than one minute to Winter Garden.
Disliked: It's a little bit laberintic to find the room.

Disliked: Hotel in is total state of disrepair!First room we had, no glass in bathroom window, couldn’t close bathroom door!Room was dusty floor dirty!We asked for a different room and was told he would change it without a fee this time!! Second room, window had no latch on it, window opened wide and looked out onto an area with so much rubbish, food cartons and dirty nappies!There was exposed wiring in the bedside lights( whe we told receptionist, he said, ‘ they won’t come out for one light!’Side table dusty and floor had what appeared to be a large piece of dried skin on it!Bathroom window of this room could not be closed!Sofa in reception had a dangerously broken leg!

Liked: The location and the comfy bed
Disliked: I had to pay a £25 damage deposit that I’m still waiting to get back and this wasn’t mentioned at time of booking
