Had a great stay. Location...

Liked: Location was great. Easy walk to arch and ballpark. Restaurants within walking distance

Was a very pleasurable stay...

Liked: It was clean, quiet and the breakfast was great lots of different options to choose from. Really enjoyed the Appy hour in the evening with snacks and drinks. Rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable plus you can adjust the temperature in your room to your liking.
Disliked: I have no complaints

Liked: It was great, easy access, employees there were helpful and friendly food was good section was very well kept and constantly refilling
Disliked: coming & going desk attendees were not friendly courteous nor attentive, cleaning person did not made beds only stretched covers, nor replace towels or tissue paper, hall carpeting extremely soiled I was charged $38.00 plus tax for parking in the hotel parking space, it was not specified at reservation time, desk attendee was rude about it

Definitely will recommend and will...

Liked: The property was great! The room was very clean. The breakfast was good! Enjoyed the complimentary beverages during happy hour. All amenities were clean and well kept. The staff were super friendly!!
Disliked: Don’t really have anything negative to say.

Wonderful hotel in the heart...

Liked: The set-up of the hotel is like an indoor motor park, but in a good way. All the rooms were centered around an indoor courtyard which contained the pool, eating area and exercise room. The atmosphere was fun and lively with a little league baseball team staying. The parking was free and felt safe. I was even allowed to remain parked in the parking garage after check-out while I attended a baseball game. We walked to the game and the Arch.
Disliked: There was really nothing that I did not like about the hotel. I will certainly look to stay here again in the future.
