Liked: we love Pear Tree Inn. we have always been able to leave vehicles in parking lot for our duration of the trip for free, this year they charged us a mini fortune. Very disappointing, when we were unaware of this.
Disliked: customer service on the night we checked in, and the free parking for our trip, you can?t not do something like that for the last 8 years and then start all of a sudden and tell us, we have had to pay all along. No we hadn?t ever paid. The staff the next morning was very helpful and friendly!

I was impressed.
Liked: Everything was very clean and modern, great breakfast.
Disliked: Parking was tight. Went to the airport and when I got back with lots o luggage I had to park in the back lot. Other than that, everything was very good.

Liked: Room was very clean, location was super close the airport and there's even a shuttle to the airport available! The check in process was easy, the front desk representative was so welcoming and professional!
Disliked: We arrived 5 minutes too late to enjoy happy hour.
