Peaks Hotel and Suites

For that price I expected...

Liked: Location was very good.
Disliked: We paid for a suite, the room only had one single sofa, other then the bed to sit on. I agreed that the bed sheets will not be changed each day, for environmental reasons, as a result, I had not been provided any service to the room, not cleaning services, no coffee corner fill out, nothing, the room was never cleaned over the whole stay we were there (3 nights)For that price, I expected much more.

Pristine, comfortable and centrally located

Liked: It’s absolutely pristine, and modern, and located super centrally. What it lacked in amenities (i.e. restaurant, pool etc), it provided very easy access to through its sister hotel opposite. We made good use of the car park, communal tea room and laundry facilities. It was so comfortable.
Disliked: N/A

Disliked: Not having it's own pool or hottub, but did jabe access to amenities across the road
