Disliked: I'm a member of Bluegreen... and rci!!!! I should not have to pay for valet parking.. and should not be demanded to attend a whyndom meeting!!!!! The staff was very demanding

Comfortable, Convenient, and Customer Service

Liked: The front desk made me feel very welcome when I checked in (thank you again, Amr!) and made it extra special for my babies. The room was a good size and had the bathroom connected to the bedroom with a door separating the living room/kitchen space (perfect for sleeping babies). The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub. We walked the mile to and from Disneyland pushing our double stroller and it was a great place to stay.
Disliked: Would've loved for there to be an on-site breakfast option. Even a little grab-and-go continental breakfast would be great for families with kids who don't want to waste time on a breakfast restaurant before going to Disneyland.

Great value for money for...

Liked: Massive rooms with super comfy beds and great showers. Kitchen was good for organising breakfast and snacks. We loved the roof top BBQ facilities for easy dinner. Hot tip: Target and Walmart both close by and sells food and alcohol for easy self-catering. Easy walking distance to Disney, restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of free parking onsite if you drive.
Disliked: Pool was so strong with smell of chlorine- too much even to walk past let alone swim. Lift super slow.

Rude staff, ignored questions, and...

Liked: Very disappointing experience. The reception staff were extremely rude and ignored all our questions. Our room wasn't ready until after 5:00 PM, which is unacceptable. Valet parking was also frustratingly slow — we waited over 45 minutes to get our car, even during a quiet period. Staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. To make matters worse, the room was very dirty and not properly cleaned. Would not recommend.

Excellent All Around

Liked: Everything staff valet, room very nice and big, quiet,water pressure, close to food. Best part 4 min bus ride to Disney and pick up right in front of hotel.
Disliked: Ventilation in the bathroom
