Liked: It's the location I need ..
Disliked: I have been staying here for over 8 years. I come in to visit my family and it's convenient.. for the past few months I come in and the service has dropped tremendously.. they sold to a new family. And at first they appeared to be friendly and pleasant. Now my last three stays.. well they have become rude and the service quality has dropped.. the rooms are not clean. The towels and sheets are always full of spots and stains. They change prices every time I come. For the same room. Once they charged 60 no tax. Then 80 plus tax. Then 70 plus tax. I was told it was summer price... Then on top of that someone banged on the room this morning.. announced checkout time and then shortly afterwards they cut the power off to the room. They started talking loudly with an attitude because we were moving slow.. thing is I always check out late and I always ask for late check out and yes I am willing to and have paid a reasonable price to stay over the check out time . It's just sad that the change in management has dropped to a negative 0 zero in my opinion.. I would not recommend this hotel.

Disliked: It claimed to have been recently redecorated. I can't imagine what it looked like before. I felt that the website grossly misrepresented the facility.

my peachy stay

Liked: large walk in shower. clean room. quiet location
Disliked: refrigerator was totally frozen and forgotten about. need larger trash cans. no guest laundry available.

Good value. Decent place. Great...

Liked: Room, cleanliness, etc. was all good making this a great value. Only issue was trying to check in. It was late enough so that the clerk used the security window - annoying because he was just outside - but it was super incredibly difficult to understand anything he said! All you have to do is drill a few small holes above the slot to fix it…

Terrible!!!

Liked: There is a roof, that all positive at this place.
Disliked: The room was dirty, the bed was stained and had hair on it. The air conditioner was so loud it was impossible to sleep. The blanket was dirty. The floor was dirty. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty. Everything was old and unpleasant.I understand that the furniture might be old or something might be missing in the room, but cleanliness is a must! This hotel has none of that. I do not recommend it at all!

Liked: Dirty sheets but they changed them. Hair in the shower, smoke burns on the side of the tub and on the vanity. Towels smelled like mildew and dirty carpet. 2nd time here, both times crappy. No smoke detector either. No continental breakfast like was advertised.
