After a Flight Delay You...

Liked: We arrived really late after a badly delayed flight, but the manager very kindly stayed up - saving us from a bad situation! In the morning we discovered that it is a really beautiful old place with a charming ancient chapel and lovely river walk … much nicer than an average ‘airport hotel’.The management helped us get back to the airport for our hire car in the morning. Thank you Pazo Xan Xordo!

Superb

Liked: Very friendly and flexible staff. We arrived late and someone was available to check us in. Also due to the difficulty of getting a taxi back to the airport, we were taken there for free.
Disliked: Breakfast could have had a bit more variety, for example some eggs options. Cereals, fruit, bread, coffee, cheeses and charcuterie were available though.

A hidden gem!

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, clean, historic, and quiet. The people are kind and friendly. We stayed here on two separate occasions during and after our Camino. A delicious dinner is available as well.
Disliked: We liked everything about Pazo Xan Xordo. It is a little bit remote, so be prepared to communicate about needing a ride if you do not have a car. It is completely worth it!

Liked: This is an excellent stop to savor the last day of walking until you reach Santiago. Nice historic interior and the meal was delicious as well.

Great Experience

Liked: Beautiful property in a great location just off the Camino route and a short walk into Santiago. Great hospitality, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dinner, to high standard, available in dining room. Beautiful chapel and the gardens are a little oasis of calm. Highly recommend.
