Liked: I loved the beauty and the vibe of this wonderful old-style place, all in wood. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom too, was excellent - with bath and a great shower. The bed very comfortable and everything very clean. Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Oh yeah, and great coffee!

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. The chefs were really friendly and welcoming, the food was creative and excellent, and the coffee very good. The dining room was also lovely and comfortable.
Disliked: Limited parking on site (very minor given the short walk to the off site parking)

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible only a choice of two things. We went for the corned sausage hash which was horrible and burnt. The room was too warm and we had the free standing small air conditioning unit on all night which was noisy. The hotel itself is poorly maintained the walls outside etc crumbling. Interior has been done on the cheap such a shame for a lovely building. The area was full of tramps and tge car park down the street had a homeless tent community adjacent to it. You are left to you own devices after 2000 hrs noone on site. At check-in limited information given no code to use Internet no leaflet about restaurant surrounding area handed out. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and two ferro chocolates were left pretty poor really. We stayed in room 9 but would have upgraded to a better room but this wasn't offered
