Disliked: Some of the staff were rather brusque and not exactly customer service orientated. Eg at the bar kind of telling us off for not having a piece of paper with us to add drinks to a tab, and at breakfast beginning to clear up the buffet before we’d sat down to eat. We felt in the way!

Disliked: Everything else. Food is terrible. Everything is dated and needs replacing. It cost £360 for two nights with breakfast and one night dinner.There are much better places. Don’t eat here.

Liked: Great hotel in a perfect location for my planned activity. My room was comfortable and spacious and more than adequate for my short stay.Full marks for the excellent breakfast! Plenty of choice for all dietary requirements, and as a traditional Full English Breakfast person, I was more than satisfied.
Disliked: Nothing!
