Liked: Rooms were fairly clean but had a very heavy mold/mildew odor.Carpet very dirty.Refrigerator in one room smelled and never got cold.
Disliked: See above.Pool in need of cleaning and repair.Breakfast room very small .

Liked: Good location for those going to the Passion Play.
Disliked: Could use some updating. Bed was somewhat soft (some might like that).

Liked: The waffles were good. They had milk, yogurt,juice, cereal, bagels, cream, cheese, everything that you would expect to see on a continental breakfast. My sisters and I enjoyed the breakfast. The management and staff were friendly. The atmosphere was family oriented.
Disliked: Bacon and eggs would have made the continental breakfast better. But it was good just like it was.

Great place to stay while...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Nice towels. Terri & Toni, the managers, were great hosts and made sure we were comfortable. She made waffles for breakfast. There were various toppings and other breakfast options to choose from. We stayed here because it was close and convenient to the Great Passion Play. I would recommend this place and will stay here again if we ever come back to Eureka Springs.

Liked: Tracy and Tony were very nice and made our stay enjoyable. We traveled with our two dogs and they were very welcomed.
