A 10-minute walk from the center of Brighton Paskins Brighton is a gold award-winning environmentally friendly B&B with free Wi-Fi. Check in at the Art Nouveau reception and be shown to one of the slightly quirky rooms. They are all individually decorated and come with toiletries a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Some have sea views and some have a balcony. Brighton Rail Station is just over 20 minutes' walk from the Paskins and Brighton is full of independent shops waiting to be discovered. Queens Park is a 15-minute walk away.

Enjoyed staying for 2 nights. Will used them again in the future for gigs, only for 1 night.

Liked: Excellent host; everything was clean and fresh; when I checked in host made me welcome.
Disliked: Nothing.

Fantastic!

Liked: A lovely hotel that was well situated in a quiet part of town. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very pretty.

Liked: The room was fine
Disliked: I booked a ground floor room but got a 2nd floor room . My watch went missing from my room . Owners were not helpful at all. My watch has alot of sentimental value but clearly this doesn't matter .Lesson to myself not to leave anything out that's expensive. Make sure I get a hotel that has a room safe.
