Impressed !

Liked: Have stayed multiple times at this hotel. Was given one of the Newly refurbished rooms on the ground floor which they have done a really good job on. Nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, bathroom and facilities and a new Smart Tv with all new apps installed Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon prime etc was a great new addition. Also now comes with free breakfast included which was lovely. Staff always very helpful and on hand at reception if anything needed. The renovations being made to this hotel have been done to high nice standard and with each stay I continue to be impressed.

Disappointing

Liked: we had a complimentary breakfast that was a nice touch but it wasnt up to much, the halal sausages were awfull and no real bacon undertandable as it seems to be muslim run and if that suits you its all good, just dont expect a full English because thats not going to happen
Disliked: Place needs a good refurb and there is only a narrow very steep stair case, they do seem to be doing things currently and the bathroom was well done out and the bed comfortable enough, but it needs a lot of improvement.

Liked: Staff were all lovely hotel was nice smelt lovely bathroom was gorgeous. Everything was clean and lovely. Don’t mind the mess in the photo that was our mess not the hotels 😂
Disliked: Nothing really that I wasn’t happy with
