Liked: Beautiful little find just outside Tintern. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Had a great night's sleep and to top it off the breakfast was lovely. I haven't stayed anywhere that's offered shakshuka on the breakfast menu! Lots of little added touches that make this quite special. Definitely staying again.

Lovely wholesome place to stay

Liked: The bedrooms were so lovely with lovely views of the river wye. Marta took such good care of us and the breakfast was amazing. Location is perfect with lovely walks surrounding. Will definitely be returning :)

Liked: Exceptional food, both breakfast and dinner. Comfy bed, decent size room, secure bike storage, ideally located for walks and bike rides.Room seemed recently updated.Owners were lovely, nothing too much trouble
Disliked: The shower was more of a dribble, not very powerful but it was hot.

Liked: The property is set in a beautiful location next to a lovely little church and beside the river. It was fascinating to watch the tide turning and the local log fishermen at work. It also provides easy access to various local facilities. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable, with some nice touches, like its own coffee machine. We particularly enjoyed the home-made biscuits. We were initially a bit worried by how close to the road our room was, but we were pleasantly surprised that road noise didn’t prove an issue.
Disliked: Being an older property the room had some creaky boards when visiting the bathroom during the night. The drive to the property had rather poor visibility when turning out (though I am not sure how that could be improved).
