Liked: Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great location by the seaside and close to the center.
Disliked: One of the beds had a stain but they changed the bedsheets upon demand.

Liked: Good location, large rooms, modern facilities
Disliked: Poor breakfast, very noisy at night, parking is challenging

It was very nice

Liked: The staffs were very nice and kind and attentive to everything. The location is very nice as it is near the sea. We had sea-view from our room. The rooms had all the amenities and were nice.
Disliked: The breakfast, which happens in a nearby restaurant, could have been much better. Being in Napoli, you expect much better cornetto and the coffee in the quality. There was only one type of cornetto also. on the other hand, there were a number of sweet pie options, which were okay. Scrambled eggs, sausage and bacons were available, but we felt the quality can be much better.

Liked: Nothing was as it was advertised and overrated
Disliked: Room was dark and shower was to small with broken taps and the turner for the shower hose was not working! Is advertised with parking facilities but there was no parking at the site and even around there ! The parking was shut and not operating after 8:30 pm and when we arrived we had to park outside at our own risk and told by vendors around to move as it might be a chance of car getting robbed at night ! This wasn't mentioned in the booking details that parking closes at certain times! Not a comfortable room and a horrible place

Handy but not a "treat"...

Liked: Location was good. Close to the harbour and restaurants
Disliked: Hotel was very tired and unclean. Mould in the shower which leaked.

It’s an ok hotel it...

Liked: It was in an okay location staff was friendly
Disliked: Internet was terrible, kept going in and out. Walls are super thin, we can hear people talking, we could hear a couple at 3 am. They were so loud it woke us up.
