Liked: Location was great. Shuttle was convenient and the driver was very friendly and accommodating. Staff was great and our villa was clean, comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay

Bad

Liked: I couldn't stay there at all. They have a prejudicial policy of no locals. I should the them to court and sue them. They said they would refund me but I don't think they did.
Disliked: Parrot Key has prejudicial policies.

Overall, we really enjoyed it...

Liked: The property was gorgeous. The pools were nice. They could’ve been jazzed up just a little bit. The gentleman that I work with at the front desk were exceptional! They were so friendly and helpful. However, there was a woman on the day I checked out that was not very friendly and Would definitely deter people from coming back, but the rest of the staff upfront was great which changed my opinion. Also, the bartenders could’ve been a little more friendly. They didn’t have much a personality. At least the ones in the late evening that closed.
