It was fine for our...

Liked: Loved the location to the shopping centre. Staff were all friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly so the floors, beds and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: The building itself is in need of refurbishment. The walls in my room were so filthy, the curtain covering the door to the balcony was super dirty. A balcony but no furniture so you can't sit on the balcony at all which was disappointing. And then if you look at the roof over the balcony it's mouldy and has water damage. Our door frame was kind of loose so every time I went to close the room door I had to slam it shut because the frame kept moving and it wouldn't close otherwise. We were woken by construction workers on the first morning working right outside our room. We weren't told about that and would have liked the option to be moved if we had been made aware. The fountain was unfortunately off and empty for some reason but that's not the hotels issue.

Disliked: Orange juice wasn’t fresh.Coffee wasn’t particularly good Scrambled egg looked better than it tasted

Cleaning family friendly hotel in...

Liked: Cleaning staff was thorough, location to mall, size of room for family. Good viewnof fountains. Access to streaming services.
Disliked: Parking, walking outside to mall in rain by smokers

Liked: Breakfast was ok but nothing special, good price/quality

Well situated for the shopping...

Liked: Location awesome! Plenty to see in the shopping centre and a good choice of places to eat. Bed was quite comfortable, room is basic no kettle and just a fridge and TV.
Disliked: Hotel is tired generally. Staff were friendly just very busy.
