Liked: The five police cars and Armed police outside in the morning was very reassuring
Disliked: Someone watching tv very loud all night, shouting, screaming, no staff to check you in and no instructions provided on how to access key.

Disliked: Pictures of room aren't what I got, Carpets not clean,don't put black carpet in if your vacuum can't suck Doors banging all the time You could hear footsteps of people walking past through wallwhen lying In bed .Double track on window and a curtain that didn't fit edge to edge.

Disliked: The arm chair was well worn had broken leg Bed was bit firmNo staff around People running around down hall way from out door emergency stairs at night People knocking on doors late at night People arguing could be heard People banging sounded like fixing something late at night Bit disappointing when you studying all day and trying to sleep Heater was useless parking was a nightmare at back of premises. Don’t like being so negative but that’s what I experienced

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: There was no staff, or way for me to get in when arrived. The code I'd been sent was wrong. The staff member at reception was hardly inviting. The room had not been luxed the carpet was dirty. There was nothing to be able to stir your hot drink with. I used my finger and nearly burned it. The worse thing though, the TV never worked. Absolutely was not fkn happy about that. And guess what, yeah that's right, no one at reception to speak about it to.

Disliked: Ironing table was broken, heater had one leg snapped off so a fire hazard.Parking at the back of the building is tight!The receptionist needs to work on her customer service.
