Very good
Liked: Location is excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parnell is great for cafes and restaurants. Train to the airport is really convenient with one change to the airport shuttle bus. Saves time going in to the city centre.

Great for a short stay
Liked: The host was very helpful, room was clean, they went out of their way to accommodate us.
Disliked: Didn't realise it was a long term stay for some people, they were loud in the morning, arguing.

Didn’t even stay the night...
Disliked: Reception was unmanned, needed to call a number to get a hold of manager and the process took way too long. Room was dirty and smelt like cigarettes as soon as we entered. There was a park door that was kept open at all times and that felt unsafe. The other people must of been social housing as they were swearing as screaming and we felt so unsafe we left and got a full refund, didn’t even stay the night.

Good for the price

Not worth the money. Incredibly poor hotel experience. Absolutely amazing location though.
Liked: Location in heart of Parnell was amazing.
Disliked: The place was very dirty. Like really not cleaned at all. We pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs. There werent any, but it didnt really shake the feeling. The bed was surprisingly comfortable though. Bathroom was dirty; dusty shelf for where they put the toiletries, hair in the shower, built up grime. The place needed vacuuming, which was surprising as there was a vacuum sitting out in the hallway. The curtain is too small for the window so bright morning light came in. Someone was walking down the hall, early the next morning, trying all the doorknobs, including ours. The fire escape at end of hall is left open 24/7 so anyone can just walk in off the street. It seems like there are people living there full time and they were yelling and singing loudly early.
