Parmer's Resort

Nice place to stay, but...

Liked: Friendly staff, great lemonade and cookies, nice pool, discount at nearby restaurant via Parmers Resort.
Disliked: Bathroom can use some renovation. price !

Great experience in a beautiful...

Liked: Fantastic location, beautiful water views, well maintained beach, gardens etc.
Disliked: Would be good to have a few more options for breakfast (for example eggs, cheese, non-flavoured yoghurt). Also - although there were 4 or 5 types of bread, no gluten-free option available unfortunately

Disliked: Bath was in a terrible state, the shelves in the fridge did not fit properly and it had a dreadful smell of fish

Liked: Super cute, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and it has an adorable old Florida resort feel. Not over crowded but has everything you need to have a fantastic and relaxing time.

Overpriced

Liked: Booked a two bedroom cottage. Everything is old and just kept in decent shape. No upgrades since probably 80' so it has a "vintage" vibe. Private little beach, kayak and bikes rental included is a nice touch tough. Cottage was clean and beds comfy however the AC units in rooms were ancient so we did not use them. Also kitchen could have been better stocked for cooking.
Disliked: The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Even Motel 6 has better one. For the "resort" that is charging $500/night that feels almost insulting. So overall, our group had mixed feelings about our stay and Im not sure If we will be back.

MUST GO!!!

Liked: I loved the island vibe, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and I honestly cannot wait to come back to this beautiful resort.
