Superb

Liked: The convenience of connecting rooms. Great breakfast.Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Very little not to like - it was a great and super comfortable stay.
Disliked: Having connecting rooms ready at the outset. When we arrived at 6 pm, they didn't have one of the two connecting rooms ready and gave us two rooms on the same floor but a few rooms apart. Adopting some supply chain management practices can help them prepare rooms in the order of arrivals and have them ready especially since they had agreed to our request at the time of booking. This is just a piece of advice and a very minor complaint in an otherwise amazing stay.

Good

Liked: Room was comfortable and quiet. Well built hotel with solid walls, and doors that don't slam. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Guests receive a discount on meals and room service.
Disliked: No mini bar or snacks in the room. You need to order room service. Then you get hit with a $5 tray charge for room service! Ouch! Check out is 12 noon.

Unfortunately disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing and very close to venue I was attending.
Disliked: Issues with room… toilet wouldn’t flush, bathroom lights didn’t work properly, water pressures was nonexistent , bathroom door didn’t lock properly. They did move us to a lower graded room which was disappointing.
